Our grading system is based on the cosmetic appearance of the device, rather than functionality. That means that all our grades (good, excellent & pristine) are 100% functionally working with a minimum of 80% battery life.
Like New:
This product is in a Pristine cosmetic condition and shows no to minimal signs of use
Excellent:
An excellent condition device may have some minor signs of use on the screen and may have light scuffs or scratches on the casing.
Good:
Good condition devices may have signs of use on the screen and slight scuffs or scratches on the casings. Good grades devices are 100% working devices.

We offer FREE DPD next day delivery on all refurnished devices to the mainland UK. Order before 3pm for same-day dispatch.
What warranty comes with the device?
All our devices, regardless of condition come with a complete 12-month repair or replace warranty.
Please note that the warranty covers only electrical and mechanical failures. Any sign of damage will automatically void the warranty.
Can I return my device?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. All returns must be returned in the same condition as it was received, along with the accessories provided.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout - the price will depend on the method chosen, location, order value and if your order contains batteries.
Repair Outlet is working with many different delivery companies to give all our customers the fastest delivery service. Our record show that 95% of our next day deliveries are delivered on time. But please be aware, Next Day Delivery services are not guaranteed. As we all know there is a small chance your parcel can arrive late due to uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather, traffic, temporary technical issues, etc. If your parcel seems like it's going to be delayed, please get in touch with us, we are always here to help.

If you wish to return your order to us for a full refund, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. All Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in, along with all packaging with no signs of installation or use. We suggest that package the item properly and used a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
Please contact our customer service team prior to returning items. All returns need to include your details, order number or proof of purchase so let us know which order to refund. Returns without this information will be rejected. We aim process return the day they arrive in but this can take 1-2 days for us to process the return, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. We will email you a confirmation of your refund once its been processed.
Faulty goods:
Although faults are rare, they do unfortunately happen from time to time. If you think the part you have received from us is faulty please get in touch with us, our trained staff will help you troubleshoot any issues. If the part is faulty, we will discuss options for replacement or refund, depending on the cost of the item we may require the faulty items back, if a return is required we will provide a prepaid return label.
