Apple iPhone 7 Plus Screen Replacements

We’ll collect your phone, complete the repair, and get it back to you within two working days.

How it works

• To ensure the repair is successful, we’ll need to test your device. Before sending it to us, restore the phone to factory settings. If you are unable to do this, we’ll need your passcode to access the device.
• We’ll send you a parcel containing a cardboard box, a jiffy bag and a new mailing bag.
• Put your device (we don’t need the charger or any other accessories) into the jiffy bag and seal it up. Put the jiffy bag into the box.
• The mailing bag already has all our details on it. Put the cardboard box inside and hand the package to our driver.
• Your device will be repaired and returned to you within two working days by DPD.

What caused my broken screen?

The iPhone 7 Plus is manufactured using 7000 series aluminium alloys - the same material used in the aerospace industry. This alloy is around 60% more durable than other types of aluminium. Dropping an iPhone 7 Plus, however, may result in the screen being damaged or cracked. Often, damage is evident straight away. The screen may have a noticeable crack or may be unresponsive and slow when touched. Sometimes, damage may only become apparent later. Unresponsive screens are caused by malfunctioning digitizers. Digitizers are responsible for converting touch into signals.

How can I check that my screen is actually broken? 

Before sending your iPhone 7 Plus to a repair shop, try turning your device on and off again. Unresponsive iPhone screens may be caused by software issues rather than physical damage to the phone. If this does not resolve the issue, perform a hard reset. To perform a hard reset, hold the volume button down at the same time as the wake/sleep button until the Apple logo appears. If you are able to, free up storage and check for available updates. Delete any apps that may be causing issues. 

Can I replace my touch panel at home?

Replacing your phone screen can be complex. To avoid further damage, we recommend using our Send-in-Fitting service. When replacing a screen, the iPhone must be disassembled, fixed and reassembled. We only recommend replacing your own screen if you are an experienced engineer and have the correct tools. We offer a lifetime warranty on trade purchases.

We offer Aftermarket screens at a slightly lower price than refurbished OEM and Youda Pro screens, making them great for those on a tighter budget. Our Send-in-Fitting service costs £70.00, plus the cost of a replacement screen. All our prices include VAT, so you can be sure of no hidden costs.
