COVID-19 Update

This page will be kept up to date with our operations during the COVID-19 situation.

Our current status

Currently Fully Operational 

While we are keeping our office and warehouse staff to an absolute minimum we are still fully operational, this includes sending out orders, phone line, email and live chat.

  • Our warehouse is still operating and will continue to dispatch orders.
  • All forms of communication are still active including phone live, email & live chat.
  • Customer collections from the warehouse are no longer permitted 
  • All staff are conforming to strict hygiene measures.

    Our Current Stock Status

    • We have been receiving regular deliveries from China for the past week.
    • We expect, due to the current marketplace, that prices will rise, however all our pricing is remaining the same for the time being.

    Delivery Services

    We are still receiving shipments and are able to dispatch goods. However, please be aware deliveries may be delayed due to service limitations,

    • Royal Mail: New timed guarantees for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am and 1pm services and will make the following changes:
      • For items posted from Tuesday 31 March 2020 onwards, the guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am the next working day will change to by 12.00pm the next working day.
      • Our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm will change to by 9.00pm the next working day.
    • Hermes: Operating as normal
    • UPS: Operating as normal

    Repair Services

    Our repair and board repair services are still active, however they are strictly send-in only.
