What we could see from the Honor flagship product launch event!
Honor has officially announced their latest Flagship launch event which is set to take place on the 23rd of November. There hasn’t been much in terms of sneak peeks but there is as always speculation about what will be announced. After the launch of the Magic V, which received some very positive feedback, it’ll be interesting to see what innovations they can bring to the folding phone market as well as build on the momentum from the success of the Magic4 Pro. We will, of course, be viewing the event ourselves to bring you a full round-up of what is announced and below you can also find details of how to watch the event yourself. But for now, let us take a look at what we could see from the Honor flagship product launch event!
Magic Vs (Confirmed)

The company has announced that it will unveil its next-generation foldable, called the Magic Vs. After closer inspection of the teaser image that Honor released, it shows that the foldable smartphone will feature an inner punch-hole front-facing camera for video calls and pictures. Despite the design resembling a lot like its predecessor, both sides of the phone are designed with a straighter-edged finish. Though any specification details are limited and nothing hasn't been announced, the main camera could be up for an increase of up to 100MP as opposed to the previous V foldable featuring 108MP which would make it the best camera on any foldable phone up to yet. Not only will the camera spec look to take the throne on foldable phones, but also the battery. Claims suggest that the Honor Magic Vs will feature a 5,000mAh battery, 600mAh for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4. Which will make it the biggest battery-sized foldable phone also. As for price, if you look at how much the Magic V retails at a UK equivalent of £1,155, it will most likely be a similar amount to its predecessor also. More official details on speculation and price will be confirmed in just a couple of weeks!
80 Series (Confirmed)

Along with confirmation of the Magic Vs, Honor has also teased us with a new range of the 80 series, that will take over from the 70 series. The new Honor 80 series will feature a slick design that has a display with curved edges. There is a pill-shaped cut-out at the top-centre position. The cut-out in the screen is smaller than the cut-out for the dual selfie cameras on the Xiaomi Civi 2. As you can see from the rear camera design, it features a futuristic hexagonal approach on the right-hand side of the phone with three separate cameras. There will be three different versions of the 80 series. A standard version, a pro version and an SE version will all be marketed in different ways for the right customer of each model. The flagship phone is expected to also include a 5,000 mAh battery and be able to support 100W fast charging.
Magic 5 (Speculated)

The Magic 5 is definitely on its way at some point and whether Honor will take the opportunity to release both at the same event remains to be seen. But the exciting prospect of the Magic 5 is that it will be one of the first smartphones to feature Qualcomm's upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor which is set to be announced this week. Other than insanely speedy internals, the Magic 5 will have a 6.8-inch LTPO OLED panel with an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate. Just like speculation of the Magic Vs, there will also be 5,000mAh battery and up to 100W of wired charging which Honor has prided itself on succeeding with fast and long-lasting battery life in with every flagship phone.
