Will Apple replace back glass?
The Apple policy is currently to only repair the rear glass of iPhones 12 and 13 so the iPhone 11 is no longer included. If your device needs a back screen replacement, you'll need to repair it yourself or use a third-party repair service. Repairing your iPhone outside of an Apple store will void your phone's warranty. However, this is your only option other than buying one of the newer iPhones.
